British Standards -
All our Door Supervisors and retail guards operate to standard BS:7960:2015 and follow the company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Door Supervisors’. All staff are fully inducted at each venue they work. They are familiarised with all premises, management and procedures.
Screening and Vetting -
All our security operatives are screened and vetted in accordance with BS7858: 2012. A full work history for a minimum of 5 years is checked and SIA license checks are done on a regular basis ensuring all our operatives licenses are current and valid.
Audits -
Our Quality System is audited on a monthly basis. Yearly customer satisfaction questionnaires are completed by all of our customers. Any issues raised are communicated to all staff and corrective measures implemented and documented. KPI’s are checked and goals set on an annual basis.
Senior Management -
All of our senior management are hands on and like to get involved. At busy peak periods you will see from time to time see members of the Senior Management working at your premises. This keeps us closer to the needs and requirements of our clients and also shows our staff we are on hand if needed.
Risk Assessments -
All of our venues have been risk assessed in accordance with our health and safety procedures. Clients will be consulted on best practices where necessary and an Area Manager will always be at hand to discuss any safety concerns.
Training -
We have a very proactive approach to training. We believe every one of our staff should be given the opportunity to acquire more skills to help them do their job confidently and effectively. This gives them the encouragement to up skill and take control of their own development.
All of our operatives have achieved:
- BTEC Level 2/3 in Door Supervision
- Emergency First Aid at Work
